1. They have both negative and positive relations. over the years,mexico use to be in war with american but right now its good. and Mexico was the United States's second largest trading partner.

The U.S. didnt really have good relations in the earlier centuries. their relations were mostly negative because the two countries were at war. in a senate bill, mexico was highly criticized and after the 9/11 attacks, the border patrol became more strict and immagration more stiff. to add more to the already negative relations of the U.S. and mexico, the U.S. won the war and mexico had to give land to the U.S. according to the treaty of Guadalupe Hidalgo and the Gadsden Purchase of 1854. but these days, mexican and american relations have been relatively better. they cooperate very well.
ReplyDeletein my opinion there are many things that the U.S. can do to have a more consistent and highly positive relation with mexico. for example like they did before, they decreased tarrif on trading. they can cut tarrifs, change some import and export policies. they can change immigration laws if mexico cooperates. they can also build an alliance with mexico, whatever conforms to be a mutually benefiting affair.
1.I feel that they both had positvie and negative relations.One positive is that mexico is one of the united states largets trading partner and a negative is that both countries were at war and mexico was blamed for 9/11 attacks .

1. They had a both positive and negative relationship. Mexico and the US are both trading partners, but yet we were in war with them. We also critized mexico after 9|11.

over the past year, Mexico and America had a negative relationship.America and Mexico were negative because we were in war with them. Due to the 9/11 attack, many americans judged mexicans in wrong ways, they were blamed for the attack.
ReplyDeleteAs of today, Mexico is now a trading partner with America, so the relationship has gotten a little bit better than before.
In order to improve their relations, they should both work together, more trading and partnership. Change the immagration laws cut down the tarrifs.
